BobbyJack Pipe Lifter

Because most process piping failures are caused by corrosion at the pipework-to-pipe support contact points, a mechanical engineer with over a half century of experience invented the BobbyJack.

The BobbyJack is a cost-saving industrial device designed to raise pipes in pipe rack systems, allowing for maintenance, inspection and other activities which require lifting the pipes from the supporting beams.

The BobbyJack reduces costs, maximizes productivity, and most importantly, increases safety. It installs in less than one minute with only one person handling the installation. The heaviest component in the BobbyJack weighs less than 43 pounds.

The BobbyJack can accommodate pipe sizes up to 30 inches and raises pipes up to 5-3/4 inches from the beam. It fits all standard size beams and each unit is tested and certified to withstand greater than 12,000 pounds.
